George and his son, Beau
George is an LIC, NY based designer and artist with experience in: product design, materials science, trend research and analysis, production management, prototyping, merchandising, graphic design and design management. He has guided product from concept inception to the retail floor, in major stores world-wide, including big-box, outdoor-specialty and men's fashion/accessories boutiques. George also creates props and 3D artwork for television, movies, private collectors and his kids. He made the wedding cake topper for Gene Simmons of KISS and his wife Shannon. That piece resides in the KISS museum. You can see some of his artwork in the 'art' section of this site.
When he's not designing or working on products, George spends much of his time enjoying photography. You can see a his photography under the 'photo' tab, and at flickr.com/nycgeo. His favorite subjects (by far) are his two children, Beau and Kaya.

Honu Pack Systems is a modular backpack concept for medical field work in remote areas, as well as for hobbyists with diverse interests. The pack design is based on a low-cost frame, sized to fit the user, and a series of soft bag components specifically tailored for distinct uses.
